Please note that you should plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled call time for the part you are chaperoning. Dancers may arrive 15 minutes early and chaperones must be ready when they arrive.
Do check the production schedule each day to determine at what time you arrive for your chaperone role, as the scheduled call times can vary by performance. Please also plan to stay until all of the children in the part you are chaperoning have been picked up. This is usually no more than an additional 15 minutes.
If your child is scheduled to arrive after this time, s/he may come early with you. Similarly, if you are scheduled slightly after your child is scheduled to arrive, you, too, may arrive early.
