If you filled out a chaperone questionnaire and volunteered, please check the blog twice daily. The schedule is posted there; just because you have not heard from us individually, you may still be scheduled to chaperone!!!
We are low on volunteers for some shows; if you find a blank spot and can fill it, please email Venus at obt.chaperone@gmail.com.
If your child is staying past his/her pick up time PLEASE send a note stating that - include when you will pick him/her up and a phone number where you can be reached. Four children stayed through the show today without notes. Chaperones may leave once their cast is released unless children remain at the theater. You are asking another parent to stay longer than their call!
