- MAKEUP times will be posted in each dressing room.
- Curtain times will be posted in each dressing room.
- I will be around to help and to answer any questions.
- I ask that we be flexible and enjoy our time at the theater!
DOOR chaperone: if marked (arrivals), you will only need to be there as the dancers arrive. The last arrival time is 1/2 hour before show call. Each chaperone will release their own group.
SERVANT/PAGE chaperone: Make sure they all get to makeup on time, dress immediately, and then together walk down to the green room until places are called. When the pages are finished, please wait with them in the green room. The Gnome chaperone will be down shortly. When the servants are finished, you can follow them upstairs to change, clean the room, and come back down as a group. You will then wait with the group and release everyone until only your child is left. Please check out with me before you leave.
PEASANT GIRL and RUSSIAN ATTENDANT chaperone: Make sure they get to makeup on time and that they are downstairs in the green room 10 minutes before their Act begins. You will, also, chaperone the kids when they go out to the lobby. (Gnomes and Russian Attendants first intermission, Peasant Girls second intermission.) Shannon and I will be there to help. When the girls are finished dancing, they will go upstairs to change, clean their room, and come back down together. you will then wait with the group and release everyone until only your child is left. Please check out with me before you leave.
GNOME/PAGE chaperone: Make sure your group gets into costume and down to the green room 10 min before the first intermission. At that time you will add the Pages. You can wait with the Pages in the green room until the Gnomes come back. Once they come back, you will go straight to makeup. and then go back to the green room 10 min before Act 3 begins. During the Act please wait on stage with the boys. When the Gnomes and Pages are finished, you can follow them upstairs to change, clean the room, and come back down as a group. (By this time the Pages' mother will be at the theater to watch them, since they have to be there until the bitter end.) You will then wait with the Gnomes and release everyone until only your child is left. Please check out with me before you leave.
