Good Morning,

If you are taking class onstage this morning, the church will be open at 11:00 am.  The stage is available beginning at 11:30.  Anyone taking class may return to the church until your call time  Please bring quiet entertainment.

Everyone else:  We will see Circus Polka dancers at 12:45 and Maypole/Rose City/All Boys at 1:30.

There is a lost and found basket on the back table, please check to see if you have misplaced an item!  Also, a blue SOBT leotard is missing.  Check your bags to see if you accidentally picked up the wrong leotard.

It will be an exciting day at the church.  Let's try to contain our excitement for the STAGE!!

Merde everyone!

Wednesday, April 24, 2013 - Schedule and Drop off instructions

Welcome!

On Wednesday we begin our time at the Newmark Theatre.  All dancers should arrive at 12:30 - you will not be allowed to enter the theater before 12:15.  Pick up time is 3:00pm for Circus Polka and 4:30pm for all other dancers.

Wednesday is a technical rehearsal.  There is NO dressing room, so come underdressed!  The dancers will be sitting in the house until it is their turn to be onstage.  They may wear warm ups over their SOBT dance attire while in the house.  Circus Polka girls should wear their hair in a ponytail - no ribbons.  NO makeup.

ONLY WATER will be allowed in the house.

Drop-off/pick-up instructions:
The drop-off/pick-up traffic pattern should be as follows:  travel southbound on SW Broadway (one-way street), passing the Newmark Theatre and also passing SW Madison Street.  At the very next intersection, turn right onto SW Jefferson (one-way street).  Immediately, at the next intersection, turn right onto SW Park Avenue (one-way street).  Drive through the next intersection (pass SW Madison Street again), pass the church and pull over to the right at the double glass doors and quickly drop-off your child.  A volunteer will sign them in and send them inside.  Pick-up will work the same.  When you drive up to the building, tell the volunteer your child’s name and he or she will radio it in to the chaperone.  If your child is ready, he/she will sign out with a volunteer and enter your car.  Please be prepared to drive the loop again if your child is not ready so we don’t hold up traffic.  Also, please do not enter the building and block traffic.

Chaperone Rehearsal Schedule

Thank you to all who turned in forms or contacted me about chaperoning for the Annual School Performance.  In some areas I had more volunteers than needed; I'm sorry I was not able to schedule everyone.

The rehearsal ONLY schedule is listed under "Pages" in the right-hand column.  I will post the performance schedule later this week.  Times in parentheses are chaperone call-times.

Please let me know if you see any conflicts or problems.

In gratitude and appreciation,
Shari
